February 18, 2010 :: ACS Dismisses Lawsuit against Duncan Solutions
On January 28, 2010, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. ("ACS"), a competitor of Duncan Solutions, Inc. ("Duncan"), dismissed its lawsuit against Duncan. ACS filed suit against Duncan in Texas federal court on August 19, 2009, alleging that Duncan had acted to divert ACS emails to Duncan. In 2007, Duncan and ACS configured a system to allow employees of the two companies to collaborate on a project. ACS had formed the view that the system was configured to give Duncan access to ACS emails.
October 1, 2009 :: City of Atlanta Introduces New Parking Management Agency
The City of Atlanta has executed a contract with Professional Account Management, LLC, a Duncan Solutions company, for parking management services, including the management and operation of the City's on-street parking program and the enforcement of parking-related regulations on behalf of the City.

The City of Houston's Parking Management Division has selected Professional Account Management, a Duncan Solutions company, as its exclusive partner for delinquent parking citation collection services.
October 10, 2008 :: Milwaukee Awards New Contract to Duncan
Duncan Solutions announced today the renewal of its citation processing and collection services contract with the City of Milwaukee's Department of Public Works. Duncan, a full service parking management company, has served as the City's citation processing partner since 1998.
