• Minimum tensile strength of 65,000 psi and minimum .280" nominal wall thickness
• Housing cap assembly has four machined, interlocking lugs; lugs butt against machined slots in the lower housing to ensure a tight fit when in locked position
• Clearance between cap assembly and housing does not exceed .030"
• Locking assembly consists of hardened steel investment casting that engages integral cast lugs in the housing cap assembly and is directly operated by the pin tumbler lock without the use of levers or springs
• Top of the mechanism housing contains a shoulder .100" in depth and .125" in height to prevent breakage or entry by prying between the two major assemblies
• Cap assembly overlaps raised lip of lower housing; secured to lower assembly at four points and kept from releasing by locking bar at no less than two points
• Access to the upper housing is gained though separate lock combination and key and does not allow access to the coin compartment of the lower housing

• UV resistant, one-piece lens; high impact polycarbonate material; sealed

• Parts are cleaned through a five-stage clean iron phosphate system prior to paint
• Painted using a powder paint system that applies a polyester TGIC powder paint electro-statically at a thickness of 2.5-3.5 mL; oven cured prior to assembly

• High-security locks; no physical portion of the lock is exposed outside the housing
• Variety of colors
