Mike is responsible for strategic planning, business development, marketing and sales for the Duncan Solutions group. He has 18 years’ experience in state and local government contracting and, prior to joining Duncan Solutions, led business development for ACS’ public safety solutions division. His operational experience includes managing the largest ticket processing business in the U.S. Under his management, it achieved annual revenues of $100 million. Mike has a MBA from the Wharton School in public policy and finance.

Gary was instrumental in the creation and growth of Citation Management to a major force in the processing and collection industry. Under his leadership, Citation Management pioneered the application of advanced skip tracing, automated out-bound calling and state tax interception to municipal violation debt, substantially increasing the net return realized by its clients. Previous experience includes 17 years at Wisconsin Gas Company with positions of increasing responsibility in the billing, collection and information technology departments.

Gavin Jones | President & CTO, Duncan Technologies >>
Gavin is responsible for the strategic planning, sales, delivery and customer support for Duncan Technologies encompassing single space meters, multi-space meters and handheld solutions. As Chief Technology Officer, he also drives the investment in product design and evolution through each of Duncan's research and development centers in the United States and around the globe. Gavin has over 16 years of experience in marketing, sales, specification, development, delivery and support of complex technology products, networks and solutions. This includes over a decade with Alcatel, a leading global telecommunications provider, where he was instrumental in successfully delivering a range of large scale turnkey solutions for customers throughout the Asia-Pacific region. 

Steve Borso | Chief Operating Officer, Duncan Technologies >>
Steve manages manufacturing, engineering and operations, and is responsible for the implementation and support of all single-space and multi-space parking meters. In addition, he supports AutoCITE hand-held citation issuance computer customers and oversees engineering of all AutoPROCESS products. Steve founded Borso Engineering in 1978, introducing the first AutoCITE in 1985 and AutoPROCESS in 1997. Before that, he was in hardware and software design at Rockwell International, Interstate Electronics and Hughes Aircraft. Steve holds a MS in electrical engineering from California State University at Fullerton.
